SHRIMP SCAMPI 
2-3 lbs. shrimp, cleaned & de-veined
1/4 lb. butter
Garlic salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
Juice of 1 or 2 lemons

Heat butter. When hot, add shrimp and cook until they are pink and about done. Add salt, pepper, parsley and basil. Add lemon juice and simmer only a few more minutes. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese if desired.
