GRANDMA JOYCE'S PISTACHIO
DESSERT
 
65 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted

FOR FILLING:

2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened

FOR TOPPING:

5 Heath bars, frozen

Combine crackers and butter for crust; pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool.

For Filling: Mix together milk, pudding mix, Cool Whip, and ice cream. Pour over cooled crust.

Put frozen Heath bars, a few at a time, into food processor to crumble into small pieces. Sprinkle onto filling layer. Place in freezer. Just prior to serving, remove from freezer to soften slightly.
