PISTACHIO NUT PUDDING DESSERT | |
45 Ritz crackers 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding mix 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream 1 lg. bowl Cool Whip 3 Heath Candy Bars Coarsely crush (not too fine) the Ritz crackers. Mix with softened butter. Spread in 9x13-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix pudding with milk. Do not cook. Fold in softened vanilla ice cream. Spread over cooled crust. Chill. spread Cool Whip over the top and crush the Heath bars over the top of the Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Serves 10-12. |
