PISTACHIO PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 stick butter

Mix crust ingredients - press in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

8 oz. cream cheese
Lg. Cool Whip
2/3 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 1/2 oz.) instant pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
Optional cherries or nuts

Mix cream cheese, 1/2 carton of Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread on cool crust. Mix instant pudding and milk. Mix until thick and spread over 2nd layer. Add remainder of Cool Whip. Optional items are cherries and nuts.
