TENDER BAKED SCALLOPS 
1 lb. scallops
1 egg beaten with a little milk
Corn flake crumbs
Melted butter

Lightly grease a shallow pan (a cookie sheet is o.k.). Roll each scallop in crumbs, then egg, then crumbs again and place in pan. Melt enough butter to dribble just a little over each scallop. Bake 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
