MARINATED FLANK STEAK | |
1/4 c. soy sauce 3/4 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 1 small onion, chopped 3 tbsp. honey 1/4 tsp. ginger 1 flank steak Mix together first 7 ingredients. Place in a large Ziploc bag. Add flank steak and marinate for 12 hours. Remove steak from marinade and place on hot grill. Cook until desired doneness. Slice very thin. Place on a bed of wild rice with grilled vegetables to the side. Enjoy! Serves 4. Cal-377, CHO-11, Pro-18, Fat-28. |
