ONE HUNDRED YEAR OLD CAKE ICING

1 c. water
5 tsp. flour (plain)

Bring to a boil like a paste, let it cool completely.

1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and then add paste and beat with mixer until light and fluffy.
