ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. can mushroom stems and pieces
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. cooked rice

Brown the ground beef and onions; add the celery, bean sprouts, soup, water, mushrooms, soy sauce, and rice and mix well. Place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
