ZITI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. of ziti
1 container (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
32 oz. of favorite spaghetti sauce

Cook ziti following directions on box; drain. While pasta cooks, make the filling. Combine ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Layer ziti, filling and spaghetti sauce in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, starting and ending with sauce. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly hot.
