Rabbit ears
Sm. amount of vegetable oil

Place skinned thinly sliced ears in a shallow pan with a small amount of oil. Bake in a slow oven until crispy. This method of cooking produces a tasty dish much like potato chips.

This recipe is a favorite of the Cree Indians of northern Ontario.
