This recipe is so easy and delicious. I made it a day ahead of time for a party and just refrigerated it and baked it the next day. I also added scallions because I had some left over from a cheese ball.

I am not going to lie, I am an adult picky eater and this recipe was pretty awesome. It tasted better than one I have tried previously and was a lot easier to make.

I have also made a double amount using one can of Cream of Chicken and one can of Cheddar Soup using Southern style hashbrowns and the entire family loved it so much I have been requested to make it during the holidays!

We have made this too and it is just great! My husband adds some cut up ham steak and onions also. He has even cooked it in the crockpot. We just fixed it for a camp ground pot-luck dinner. Everyone wanted the recipe.

Whole family loves this. We have done it plain with just these ingredients, but we've also done it with cubed ham or cubed spam. So easy, so awesome.
