ZUCCHINI SPECIAL 
2 large fresh zucchini, washed and sliced
1/3 pkg. bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Put sliced zucchini into a casserole with lid. Brown bacon and onion. Crumble bacon and add broth to zucchini. Pour tomato sauce over all. Sprinkle Cheddar and Parmesan on top. Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
