SCRAMBLERS "FOO YONG" 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. Scramblers
1 c. bean sprouts, drained
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. soy sauce

Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium heat. Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl; lightly beat together. Pour 1/2 cup mixture at a time into skillet; with broad spatula, push cooked Scramblers toward the center of each measured amount to form 4 patties. When patties are set, turn to brown other side. Serve hot with sauce. Makes 4 servings.

SAUCE:

1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute.
