SHRIMP FOO YUNG 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash garlic powder
1/4 c. bean sprouts, drained
4 oz. cooked shrimp

Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Pour into hot nonstick skillet. Cook until bottom of omelet is brown. Then place under broiler until the top of omelet is firm, light and fluffy. Makes 2 servings.
