EASY REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix the above in a bowl and let stand 1 hour.

1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt

Mix these next 4 ingredients in second bowl and let stand 1 hour.

4 c. flour
1 egg, beaten

Pour the ingredients from the 2 bowls together. Add egg. Add flour, 2 cups at a time. Mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Make into rolls, about the size of a ping pong ball, or larger as desired. Let rise 4 hours. Bake 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees.
