EASY REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 pkgs. yeast
6 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. warm water

Scald milk, add sugar, salt and butter. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast to warm water. Mix the milk mixture and part of the flour in large bowl; beating well. Add beaten eggs, the yeast mixture and more flour to make soft dough.

Knead dough until all flour is used. Put in large greased bowl and refrigerate. Punch down several times until dough is cold. To use: Take out dough needed, let rise until double; make into rolls and let rise again. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
