HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. almonds, toasted
Chow mein noodles or potato chips

Mix all above ingredients. Put in buttered casserole (8 x 12 inch). Top with 2 cups chow mein noodles. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. May be frozen for later use.
