GRAPE NUT PUDDING 
1/2 c. Grape Nuts
3 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar in bowl. Add milk and Grape Nuts; beat all together. Put in oven-proof bowl or pie plate. Bake in pan of hot water for 1 hour or until done at 350 degrees. Insert knife to test when done.
