2 c. Grape Nuts
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 tsp. vanilla
1 apple, grated
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins

Mix Grape Nuts, lemon Jello and sugar. Pour the boiling water over the mixture. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and other ingredients. Mix well.

Allow to stand and harden. Serve with whipped cream.

Makes delicious holiday dessert.
