CURRY DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. grated onions
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
Dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. ketchup or chili sauce
2 tsp. chopped chives or onion tips

Place in jar and shake well, or place in blender and blend at high speed. Chill. Serve with vegetables.
