COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/3 c. dried parsley
2 eggs
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. chopped onion

Mix. Shape into golf-ball size shapes. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Bake in 9x13 inch baking pan at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Meatballs will be light brown. This allows you to drain off the grease before you apply the sauce.

Combine:

1 (1 lb.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
2 tsp. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Pour mixture over meatballs and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
