SCALLOPED TOMATOES | |
1 can stewed tomatoes 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. honey 1 c. cracker crumbs Drain liquid from the tomatoes. Cover bottom of buttered baking dish with a layer of tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot with butter and honey. Cover with a layer of cracker crumbs. Repeat layers until ingredients are used. Bake for 20 minutes in a 375-400 degree oven. |
