VITO'S VEAL PARMIGIANA 
2 lbs. veal, thinly sliced
Progresso bread crumbs (flavored)
1 lb. Mozzarella (sliced)
1 jar tomato sauce
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk (can also use for chicken parmigiana)

Mix milk and eggs in bowl. Dip each piece of veal into milk and eggs, then cover with bread crumbs. In frying pan fry each piece lightly, then put in 9x13x2 pan. Put a slice of Mozzarella on each piece and a spoon of sauce (your own or a jar). Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
