SOUR CREAM PEAR PIE 
5 pears
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 unbaked pie shell

Reserve 1/2 pear to slice for garnish. Core and dice pears. Combine pears, raisins, sprinkle with lemon juice. Blend brown sugar, sour cream and eggs. Combine with pear mixture and turn into pastry shell. Garnish with remaining pear. Bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
