WHITE CHILI 
2 qt. cooked great northern beans
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter

Saute celery and onions until tender in butter. In a crock pot or soup pot mix: Celery Onions 1 can chopped green chilies 1 c. diced cooked chicken Ground cumin to taste

Simmer for at least an hour. Crock pot low all day. When done, serve in bowls topped with spoonful of sour cream and salsa. Great with Mexican Cornbread.
