MONDOS WHITE CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast
3 medium onions, chopped
1/3 stick butter
4 oz. can green chopped chilies
1 (48 oz.) can Great Northern beans
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
2 tsp. (heaping) garlic powder
2 tsp. (heaping) oregano
2 tsp. (heaping) cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Boil chicken in pot for 15 minutes. Remove and shred. While chicken is boiling, chop up onions. Put in pan with butter and garlic powder. Sauté onions until clear. Add 4 ounces chilies to onions and transfer to large pot. Add Great Northern beans, chicken broth, all the spices and the cooked shredded chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes. Enjoy.
