1 stick butter
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter (creamy, if desired)

Melt the above ingredients together. Mix in a large separate container.

1 box Rice Chex
1 box raisins
1 lg. jar peanuts

Coat with melted ingredients. Pour into large bag with 1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar and shake until covered.
