GROUND BEEF AND BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (15 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 tbsp. vinegar
Dash hot sauce; optional
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce; optional
1 c. catsup
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and onions in 1/4 cup water. Drain thoroughly. Add catsup, sugar, beans, and seasonings. Let simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
