CREAMY BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 lg. can tomato sauce
4 c. noodles
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. sour cream
8 green onions, chopped

Brown beef until crumbly. Drain fat. Add salt, sugar and tomato sauce. Cook and drain noodles. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and green onions. Place noodles and cream mixture in greased casserole. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be prepared ahead of time, refrigerated, then baked for 45 to 50 minutes. Best if a shallow 3 quart casserole is used.
