SAUSAGE BEEF PIE | |
1/2 lb. pork sausage meat Unbaked 9 inch pie shell 4 lg. eggs 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion, minced 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese Cook meats in skillet until lightly browned. Drain fat off and put meat in pie shell. Put 1 tablespoon fat back in skillet and lightly saute onion. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Add onion. |
