SAUSAGE AND POTATO PIE 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. coarsely grated Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. coarsely grated potato

Brown sausage, stirring to break up as it cooks. Drain on paper towels. Beat eggs in large bowl; add milk, cheese, onion and potato. In a 10 inch deep - dish pie plate, scatter sausage bits. Add remaining mixture evenly over sausage. Bake 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees.
