EASY METHOD LASAGNA 
(Does not require pre-cooking noodles). Place 1/2 pound each of ground chuck and ground pork in colander, set over a casserole bowl. Microwave at High (10) 5-6 minutes Break up drained, cooked meat with fork; discard fat.

In a large bowl mix together:

6 oz. tomato juice
8 oz. tomato sauce
12 oz. tomato paste
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Stir in drained meat. Spread 1/3 cup meat sauce over bottom of 12 x 8 x 2 inch dish.

1/2 pkg. (1/2 lb.) lasagna noodles
2 c. Ricotta cheese
6 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Place 1/2 the uncooked noodles over the sauce and top with 1/2 the Ricotta cheese; the 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave at Medium (5) for 35 minutes uncovered. Place remaining Mozzarella cheese on top and continue microwaving at Medium for 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Let lasagna stand 5 minutes before slicing.

QUICK AND EASY VARIATION: Substitute 2 (15 1/2 ounce) jars commercial spaghetti sauce for above tomato mixture and proceed as above.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
