BETTY'S CHOCOLATE PIES 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1 baked pie shell
1 tbsp. sugar

Combine 1 cup sugar, flour and cocoa in pan. Separate eggs and set aside. Beat egg yolks with milk; pour into dry ingredients. Stir constantly over medium heat until thickened. Pour in baked pie shell. Beat whites until fluffy. Add tablespoon sugar. Place over pie and slightly brown in oven. Double recipe for 2 pies.
