CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 pieces boiled (or microwave) chicken, skinned
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 pkg. stuffing mix
Sharp cheddar cheese

Lightly grease casserole dish. Lay chicken (cut up) on bottom, then broccoli. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and both soups. Pour over top. Crumble stuffing over soup mixture, then top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered, 15 minutes more uncovered.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
