CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken, cooked & boned
2 stalks celery
1 lg. onion
3 carrots
1 can LeSeuer peas, drained
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick

Chop chicken. Cook carrots in chicken broth. Stir together all ingredients except milk and Bisquick. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix milk with Bisquick and pour evenly over top. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
