SEVEN UP CAKE 
CAKE:

1 box yellow cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 box instant vanilla pudding
11 oz. Seven Up
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil

TOPPING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans

Mix all cake ingredients except 7-Up. When mixed well, add 7-Up, pouring a small amount at a time. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

FOR TOPPING: Beat eggs, stir in flour, butter, sugar and pineapple in a 2- quart saucepan. Cook until thick, stirring. Remove from heat, add coconut and pecans. Pour over cake.
