GROUND ROUND STEAK 
1/2 lb. ground steak
1/4 lb. bacon, chopped and lightly fried
1/3 c. sliced onion
2/3 c. diced celery
2 2/3 c. canned baked or kidney beans
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. powdered sage
1/3 c. red wine

In skillet combine bacon, onion, celery, and steak. Cook about 10 minutes. Add beans, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sage, and wine. Heat thoroughly and serve. 4 servings. Good with rolls and salad.
