CORN-GROUND ROUND CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
5 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 c. oil
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic

Brown ground round with onion and bell pepper. In large mixing bowl mix all other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 50 minutes.
