1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 box Crispix or Rice Chex cereal
3 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Add peanut butter and melt this also. Stir in cereal. Mix well. Put powdered sugar in large paper bag along with cereal mixture and shake well. Ready to serve.
