SPINACH SALAD 
3 bunches spinach, cleaned and torn
6 green onions, chopped
6 slices bacon, fried an crumpled
1 c. fresh chopped mushrooms
1 c. bean sprouts
Grated Romano cheese

Toss the spinach with green onions, bacon and mushrooms. Cover with bean sprouts and pour Italian dressing over mixture. Add salt and pepper and cover top with Romano cheese.
