CHRISTMAS QUICHE 
Line a 9 inch quiche pan with pastry crust.

1 1/2 c. half & half
4 eggs
1 c. (4 oz.) Jarlsberg or Swiss cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 tsp. dried parsley
Pinch of nutmeg, salt & pepper to taste
5 links cooked little sausages
5 slices bacon

Toss shredded cheese with flour. Add onion, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Sprinkle on base of pastry shell. Whisk eggs with half & half and pour over cheese mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Place bacon and sausage on top and bake an additional 10 minutes.
