CHRISTMAS SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
4 slices bread, cubed
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Place bread cubes in bottom of greased 9"x13" casserole dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread cubes. Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry ingredients and pour over sausage. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheddar cheese over casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
