EGG NOODLES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. shortening
1 egg
3 tbsp. water

Mix egg, salt and shortening. Add flour and water to form a stiff dough. Knead and divide dough. Roll each as thin as possible. Cut into strips.
