1 lb. ground meat
Onions, chopped
Green pepper, chopped
1 packet taco seasoning
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
3 eggs
Tomatoes, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Cook meat, onions and green pepper; drain. Add taco seasoning packet and stir. Combine in separate bowl: Bisquick, milk and eggs. Blend until smooth. Put meat mixture into a pie plate and pour Bisquick mixture over the top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese over pie and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese melts. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes on top. Serve.
