SWEET POP CORN 
2 gallons popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup

Cook sugar, butter, and syrup to soft ball. Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of cream of tartar. Stir sugar mixture into pop corn; mix well using a long handled spoon. Be careful - the sugar mixture is hot!

Bake at 250°F for 1 hour.
