1 box white cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding
1 c. oil
1 c. club soda or 7-Up
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1 box pistachio pudding
1 1/4 c. cold milk

Mix according to directions. Add 1 container Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cake.

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees; allow to cool. Spread on topping and chill.
