6 frozen hash brown patties 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/4 c. melted butter Place frozen patties in bottom of 9 x 13 inch greased casserole. Combine soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt and pepper. Heat to melt cheese. Pour over potatoes. Cook with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
