ZUCCHINI SQUASH DISH 
Zucchini, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Cheese, grated
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten

Fill a 9 x 9 inch casserole dish 1/2 full of chopped zucchini. Add some chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese over squash. Then pour mixture of Bisquick, milk and eggs over the squash and cheese.

Bake about 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
