LIMA BEAN-CORN PIE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen kernel corn, thawed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans, thawed
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 green onions, chopped
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salad herbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 ready-made 9 inch pie shell

In a bowl combine the corn, lima beans, cheese and onions, mixing well. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, half and half, salad herbs, and salt until well combined. Pour mixture over lima bean mixture blending well. Spread evenly into prepared pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until pie is firm and lightly browned.
