1 c. applesauce
4 tsp. confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. butter, melted
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine applesauce with sugar, spices, butter and lemon juice. Chill. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into individual glasses or bowls and freeze. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
